Electromechanical Repair Plant (short for ERP) is a sub-organ of JDC-Group. ERP is mainly engaged in replacement parts production and processing applied for procedures of mining, milling and floatation of ores as well as supply and maintenance of water, gas, electricity and communication for mining area of JDC-Group. ERP has 13 functional departments and 9 workshops with 736 staff, among which, there are 17 advanced technical engineers, 8 technicians and 83 senior works.

ERP takes “precise, quality, professional” as its work spirit and service belief, and become a leading wearable material products producer in domestic market. ERP is equipped with lots of typical machines, such as 3T electric arc furnace, 2T intermediate frequency furnace, 1.5T power frequency furnace, 3T cupola, 6M planer, 3.5M vertical lathe and etc. ERP mainly produces manganese steel products like lining board, bucket teeth, rolling mortar wall, jaw plate and so on; wearable alloy products like cast ball with specification ofΦ40-Φ130; cast iron; colored pieces; machining components; machinery and equipment accessories and rubber wearable spare parts; which are sold to dozens of regions inside and outside Shaanxi Province.

For years, ERP has lots of major achievements in product research and application, among which, the project with a name of Production and Application of Magnetic Lining Board to Ball Mill with specification of Φ2.7x3.6M, won the Second Scientific and Technological Award; Prize Grade Two granted by Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd.; the project of Duplex Ductile Iron Grinding Ball won the Second Award for Excellent Economic and Technical Innovation Projects by Staff around Shaanxi Province and the Third Award for Scientific and Technological Progress granted by Shaanxi Province Non-ferrous Metals Industry Management Bureau; the project of Application Study of Cast Ball Mould made from High Silicon Alloy Heat-resistant Materials the Third Scientific and Technological Award granted by Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. and so on so forth.

In 2004, ERP passed examination of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System and implemented it; In December 2010, ERP got certificate of the New Version of ISO9001-2008 Quality Management System, which mainly focus on standardizing management of product ranging from design, development, production and after sale service, strengthening its market competitiveness, and satisfying customers’ requirements.

ERP insists on ideas such as Quality First, Customer Supreme, People Oriented and scientific management, conducted lots of innovation on management and system, gradually forming an integration model ranging from research and development, design and manufacturing. ERP is aiming to be a first-class enterprise engaging in mining mechanical and manufacturing processing in Northwest region of China.
